We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If we made an error in fulfilling your order, such as shipping the wrong color or size, or if the product arrived damaged, we are happy to offer a refund or reshipment.

All items are machine washable and dryer safe without the risk of damage. We recommend washing all items inside out to avoid shrinkage, and if you are concerned about shrinking, only machine wash and then air dry.

How to wash the jeans:

1. Pre-treat stains with a mild detergent.
2. Turn jeans inside out before washing.
3. Use a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water.
4. Use a mild detergent formulated for delicate/dark clothing.
5. Avoid overloading the washing machine.
6. Choose a shorter wash time to minimize friction.
7. Skip the dryer and air dry the jeans instead.
8. Iron on low-medium heat or steam to remove wrinkles.
